It serves as a centralized galvanic isolation signal bridge between field sensors/actuators and rack main control CPU via proprietary ISBus VME backplane. Upgraded isolation circuits boost dielectric withstand to 3000VAC per channel, with enhanced EMI filter networks to suppress severe industrial high-frequency interference from SCR excitation cabinets and variable frequency drives.
20 configurable jumpers and three DIP switch banks support on-site hardware parameter setup without software tools.
